米媽近期太忙無時間更新,無點積極減,不過都有慢慢落磅。 不過用左差唔多6個月就輕鬆達標,希望可以減多5磅俾我食多啲野~~
有人問我減肥駛唔駛戒口,辛唔辛苦~如果,我話唔駛戒口,唔辛苦就係呃你既,係咪~?點都要有付出先有回報,不過減得其法,就唔會太辛苦仲可以成日獎勵自己食好野~~
米媽要對自己既身體負責,又唔係天生麗質,更唔係食極唔肥果種,所以一定要靠自己,想健康地瘦,又要靚。第時要同米米母女裝咁一齊扮靚去街~
